Do accompanying adults have to pay an entrance fee?
At the Ratz & Rübe indoor playground, all guests taller than 90 cm must pay an entrance fee. The same applies to mini-golf for those taller than 100 cm. At Jump Valley, only the ‘jumping’ guests pay. Accompanying adults can take a seat in the lounge and watch via a large screen.
Do grandparents have to pay admission?
Yes, except on Mondays outside of school holidays.
On ‘Grandparents’ Day’, one grandparent per paying child is admitted free of charge.
Does the birthday child have to pay admission?
Yes. If you book a children’s birthday party with us, the birthday child will receive a free ticket for their next visit.
Do young children have to pay an entrance fee?
At Ratz&Rübe: from 90 cm in height
At the mini golf course: from 100 cm in height
At Jump Valley: all guests
What are the opening hours?
Please check under “Prices & Opening Hours”. Opening hours vary from attraction to attraction.
Can my child stay on their own?
Children aged 8 and over are allowed to stay on their own with us. A consent form must be completed on site or brought with you (see Downloads)
Can I book by phone?
As a general rule, please book online. If you have any questions, please feel free to give us a call.
We are happy to take bookings for school groups or large groups of 15 or more people over the phone.
Do I need to book for the adults as well for the birthday party?
Yes, please book for everyone so that you all get a seat.
Can we bring candles?
Unfortunately, candles, confetti and fireworks are not allowed!
Are sparkling water and still water free?
Yes, at the Ratz & Rübe indoor playground.
Unfortunately, this isn’t the case on the upper floor (mini golf and Jump Valley). However, you are welcome to bring your own drinks here too.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
Yes. You may bring anything except alcoholic drinks.
Are dogs allowed in the Fun Centre?
Unfortunately not. For hygiene reasons, we cannot allow this.
Are shoes allowed?
At Ratz&Rübe: outdoor shoes and walking barefoot are not allowed here; please put on socks
At the mini-golf course: you are allowed to play in outdoor shoes here
At Jump Valley: non-slip socks are compulsory!
