Please bring socks!
- Our indoor play area is intended for children and their parents or carers. Please understand that we do not allow groups of adults or individual adults to enter. We have a special offer for these groups on the upper floor. Please feel free to give us a call!
- You are not permitted to enter wearing outdoor shoes or bare feet.
- You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks (except alcoholic beverages) into Ratz und Rübe and consume them there.
- A few amusement machines (arcade games, air hockey, bumper cars, punching ball, etc.) are not included in the admission price.
- From 5 pm during Happy Hour, the lighting may be dimmed (black light).
- At weekends, we often experience high visitor numbers. This can lead to longer waiting times and a lack of available seating. Please bear this in mind when booking and, if necessary, consider booking a weekday slot instead.
- We reserve the right to make changes to our offers and prices.
